Steven Gullion won first place in the adult category of the Sherwood Anderson Short Story contest of Smyth County, Virginia for his story “Some Important Sheila.” His story “Western Wear” was a finalist for the Opium Prize , and he has a story upcoming in Opium’s print issue #3, titled “Survivalist”.
