Welcome Guest Blogger Dennis Mahagin
I’m very excited to announce that Dennis Mahagin is taking over this space for the next week.
Dennis is a poet and musician from the Pacific Northwest. His work has appeared widely, in both web-based and print publications. A collection of his poetry is forthcoming from San Francisco-based Suspect Thoughts Press. He is currently seeking a position as college-level Teacher of Creative Writing, and he’s free to travel anytime at the drop of a dime, so if I were you, I’d call him up. But no, I have no idea what his phone number is, and even if I did, I’d keep it all to myself, so HA! You will have to make do with emailing him.
Dennis also runs the blog 4 Hour Hard On, so it’s extra fine that he’s sharing his time and talent with us here. I thank him very much.
Besides being just a rad and funny guy, Dennis’ poetry background makes him the perfect candidate for a guest blogger, as my wisdom in that department is somewhat thin. I’m betting he can teach me a thing or two, while still making me laugh. I know he has a lot of good stuff in store for us. I’ve gotten a few hints and whispers here and there, but overall, Dennis has been a bit hush-hush. The little devil.
If I really wanted to, I could open the threads he’s gotten started, but I’ve chosen not to. It’s been difficult, as they do look extremely interesting, but so far, I’ve only peeked at one.
How is that for self control?
